01 / Selected work

Products built around practical decisions.

Three live projects, each shaped around a different kind of complex work: technical planning, employee records and billing reconciliation.

Towing decisions, made legible

TowCheck

  • Planning tools
  • Responsive website
  • Technical content

The problem

People buying or loading an RV need to evaluate the full setup—not just a headline tow rating.

What I designed and built

A practical library of 24 free calculators and plain-language guides for checking vehicle, hitch, axle, tire and trailer limits, including a detailed purchase-fit report.

Important functionality

  • 24 free calculators
  • Purchase-fit report
  • Plain-language guides
  • Vehicle, hitch, axle, tire and trailer checks

Product constraint

The experience has to present interacting towing limits without burying the reader in technical language.

Workflow structure

  1. 01Employee tracking
  2. 02Review milestones
  3. 03Evidence records
  4. 04Deadline visibility
  5. 05Exportable documentation

The problem

UK employers need a clear, timely record before a six-month probation decision arrives.

What I designed and built

A structured employer workspace for employee tracking, review milestones, evidence records and exportable Acas-style documentation across the probation period.

Product constraint

The workflow needs to stay clear across a six-month probation period while keeping records structured and ready to export.

  1. 01ImportVendor and PSA records
  2. 02ReviewMismatches and dollar impact
  3. 03ResolveCorrections and exported records

The problem

MSPs can miss recurring revenue when vendor quantities and PSA billing records drift apart.

What I designed and built

A CSV-first reconciliation workflow that normalizes records, flags quantity and item mismatches, shows their dollar impact and tracks corrections through a recovery queue.

Product constraint

Vendor and PSA records arrive in different formats, so the workflow normalizes the data before comparing quantities and items.

02 / Services

The right level of build for the job.

From a focused business website to a working internal product, the scope stays tied to a real customer or operational need.

Discuss a project
  1. 01

    Business websites

Clear, credible websites that explain the offer, answer practical questions and make the next step obvious.

For established businesses that need a stronger digital presence.
  2. 02

    Landing pages and campaigns

Focused pages for a service, launch or campaign, built around one audience and one useful action.

For businesses promoting a specific offer or testing a new direction.
  3. 03

    Web applications and internal tools

Purpose-built software that turns a repeated business process into a clear, usable workflow.

For teams outgrowing spreadsheets, email chains or disconnected tools.
  4. 04

    Business automation

Practical connections and automations that reduce duplicate entry, manual handoffs and avoidable follow-up.

For recurring tasks that consume time without adding value.
  5. 05

    Performance, accessibility and SEO foundations

Fast responsive pages, sound structure and accessible interaction built into the work from the beginning.

For any business that wants a durable foundation rather than a cosmetic refresh.
  6. 06

    Ongoing improvements and maintenance

Content updates, technical upkeep and measured improvements after the initial launch.

For businesses that want direct access to the person who built the system.

03 / Process

Four stages. One visible line of progress.

You see the work as it develops, make decisions at the right moments and always know what the next stage needs.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, customers, goals, constraints, current website and relevant competitors.

OutcomeA clear problem definition and practical project scope.
  2. 02

    Direction

Define the structure, message, visual direction, content priorities and main action a visitor should take.

OutcomeAn agreed system for what the project should say and how it should work.
  3. 03

    Build

Develop the responsive site or product, connect the required systems and test the working functionality.

OutcomeA production-ready implementation you can review in the browser.
  4. 04

    Launch

Complete quality checks, deploy, document the system and agree on the next round of improvements.

OutcomeA controlled launch and a clear path for what comes next.
